![]() ![]() I did not enjoy my time on the team since the beginning of 2020, but I want to enjoy the update when it comes. The only reason I stayed and wanted to continue for the six months that I have been getting stomped on was because I wanted to see the 1.1 update succeed. My time on the team has been very unpleasant. Refer to the Complaint #4 document for management's inconsistent definition of "activity," which seems to change based on the individual. Even though, they are just as "inactive" or even more "inactive" than I am, I was treated more harshly in comparison to them, being threatened with unnecessary consequences. For example, Lormen and Devvy are ex-management who stepped down. ![]() Please notice that I emphasized the idea of "if they do not like you." In other words, if a staff member is on good terms with management, they will favor them. After the Project Director, Poppy Cheezycorn, has thoroughly read and analyzed the document, his responses were: "There is nothing I'd like to comment on additionally" and "You can interpret it how you want." (Refer to the Conclusion section in the document for more context) I sent the document to defend myself against the accusations and complaints made by them to me. At first I did not want to give them any room to prepare for this post, but then I changed my mind and told myself maybe they will listen. Management was given a chance to resolve the conflicts and justify their reasoning before I took the measures to making this post completely public. Management was given a chance to review the document after I was dismissed with no notice.Management will try to come up with silly and unjust reasons to dismiss you if they do not like you (refer to Complaints #1, #5, #7, and #9).Management will not care about your feelings if they do not like you (refer to Complaint #3).Management will negatively single you out if they do not like you, and treat you much worse than other team members (refer to Complaint #4).The main points I would like to bring light to are: The link to the document can be found here: Since I was fired without any warning, infraction, or notice, I did not have a chance to share my side with them. With that being said, I will post a link to the document that shows my dismissal letter, shows their side of the situation, and then shows my response(s) to the complaints and excuses they used against me to dismiss me. ![]() This should not stop an individual from applying, however, please use this post as a source for knowing how decisions are made within staff. If you ever get put into a situation where you feel you are being treated unfairly, do not fight back with the management team like I did or express your opinions in any form or matter.įor any player that wishes to apply to the team, there is a lot you need to know that goes on behind the scenes with how management treats staff members that they do not like. I would not like anyone to attack the Corporate Clash Crew in any way, shape, or form after the release of this post, I would like the comments and discussions regarding the matter to be as organized and civil as possible.įor any member that is currently on the team, please be careful. This post's purpose is slightly similar to Sheriff Cranky's post regarding Toontown Rewritten, it is a warning. Around the end of February/March, I was being teamed up on by the Moderation Team and the Team Leads for expressing my opinions on a topic that I had the rights to do so (refer to the Name Approvals incident in the document after reading this post if you are curious).Įver since then, I requested for management to remove my roles from the public discord since I did not want to be publicly known as staff anymore, however, I did work with the team secretly up until June 11, when I was fired. A majority of the Corporate Clash community is familiar with me primarily as a former moderator and game developer for the game. My name is Alyazia, also known as Aeterna. ![]()
